Processing Time 


Domestic orders
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email with the tracking number if you have opted for tracked mail services.

International orders
International orders are consolidated and shipped out once a week. The mode of shipping will be international registered air mail. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Courier delivery
For domestic shipping (Singapore), courier rates are fixed at SGD4.30 and FREE if total order exceeds SGD50.

Local mail - All local mail will be sent by Singpost prepaid labels/ Smartpac envelopes. The mail will be trackable and will be delivered to your mailbox. Shipping rate is fixed at $2 for up to 2kg by weight.

Porcupine Patterns will also not provide any photo / video evidence of mail sending for local postage option. Please select courier option if you need updated tracking of your items.

International Shipping Rates 

International shipping will be via Singpost International Registered Mail. Rates are based on weight and fixed for all international destinations. This mode of shipping is trackable and will be delivered to your mailbox like regular mail.

0 to 250g - $15
251g to 500g - $25
501g - 1kg - $35 

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery time is defined from the time the order is picked up/mailed out. 

Domestic - 2 working days.

International

As registered mail need to be dropped off physically at the post office, international orders will only be consolidated and posted out once a week

Deliveries to certain countries may be liable for Import VAT charged by the country where the order is delivered to. As the minimum taxable limit and actual amount differs for each country, please check the rates for your own country before ordering. Any Import tax or duty will be paid by the recipients and not the sellers. Please be aware when buying gifts or purchasing on behalf of someone else.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Shopify deems the item has been fulfilled once the order is submitted and payment is made. This does not reflect the shipping status. 

For domestic orders
We will take photos of the tracking information on the prepaid label/smartpac but tihs will not be provided except upon request. Please email us if you need to check the status of your domestic order.

For courier and international orders only
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 



Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, only if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at porcupinepatterns@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
