PDF Patterns Refund Pollicy

Due to the nature of our products - Digital Downloads which are non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product has been downloaded. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

Physical Products Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, only if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount once you have shipped the item back to us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at porcupinepatterns@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
